Training and Nutrition - How it Works

 

TrueCoach App, MyFitnessPal and Taking Things to the Next Level

I create fully customized fitness and nutrition programs using the TrueCoach app to track my client's progress every step of the way, everyday, delivering an amazing coaching experience.

My programs are perfect for vegans, vegetarians as well as people that eat animal products. 

Once you sign up, I will send an invite to the TrueCoach app where you record your workout results, metrics, nutrition logs, and more!

For nutrition, you will be tracking your macros using MyFitnessPal which integrates right into the TrueCoach App for seamless tracking and accountability.

Here are the steps.

  1. Make a decision. This is the most important step.
  2. Choose a plan and purchase it based on realistic expectations for body fat loss. This is normally .5 – 2 lbs. of fat loss per week.
  3. Complete forms I send to you.
  4. Sign up to MyFitnessPal.
  5. Download TrueCoach Client app, an invite will be emailed to you.
  6. Link together MyFitnessPal with TrueCoach.

Now you are set up and I will send you instructions for the next steps within the app and/or by email.
